My belief is that everything in life is a habit. I know it because it happened to myself. I was a heavy smoker and drinker, I didn’t exercise, and I ate unhealthy. This was in my twenties… Now I am in my early forties, and I feel healthier and stronger than ever! Healthy eating and regular exercising helped me to lose 12kg, cure two nasty heart conditions and acid reflux. It’s a way of life, not rocket science and anyone can live like this. It’s a collection of good habits that can be easily learned. No calorie counting or precise food measuring. It took me a while to turn my way of life into a profession, and I am happy to share this knowledge with others.
